Procedures for deplating of luggage accessories

He said that he had ordered a batch of luggage lock accessories, and there was a problem (color difference and rust), and his supplier would not solve it. See if I can help with it. Today, I would like to inform customers and friends who want to know about this matter in the form of posting.  

      Hardware luggage accessories products are most afraid of chromatic aberration and rust and discoloration soon. It is really annoying to encounter such a thing, if it is resolved, it would be nice to say, if it is not resolved, it becomes a pair of scraps. Rework is very troublesome, and the time and cost exceed making new products. So friends who want to find the manufacturer to help rework must have encountered a lot of "decline". Let me talk about some of the rework processes.  

     For example:

    1. Defective products, send to the manufacturer for help. This will take about 3 days to arrive. (3 days)        

    2. After the manufacturer receives the defective products, it will be sent to the electroplating plant for deplating. It is estimated that it will take 4 days to go back and forth. (4 days)      

     3. After the electroplating factory returns from deplating, the manufacturer must polish and inspect; the defective product will be released. (1 day)        

     4. After polishing, it will be electroplated. One back and forth is less, it counts as 3 days. (3 days)        

     5. Electroplating back, inspection and assembly. (1 day)  

      After going through the above procedures, we must finally check how many are good and how many are not. Enough numbers are absolutely impossible, and there is some loss in rework. Loss + the above 12 days, if you make bulk goods, it can be controlled within the period of 7-8 days, and the cost of rework is obviously high. So why even good friends avoid such hot potato.  

      Therefore, in the selection of luggage accessories hardware, we must pay attention to quality issues.
